Charlie had some good moments at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in IL on April 2, 2016. He has a good frame and his balance is solid. Hands are quick. Needs to slow down the process and really focus on SPIRAL and making sure his legs get fully involved. Getting his lower half involved will really increase the speed of the ball. Interested to see his progression over the next couple of months.
