Cody Vermillion showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in New Jersey on April 6th, 2025. Vermillion has a nice long athletic frame. He has good balance and reaches back well to the punter. Vermillion’s spiral can be tight, making his ball easy to catch. He’s a strong Long Snapper with good upside. I’d love to see Vermillion focus on slow-motion drills to get his athletic legs involved to get his snap speeds in the .7s. He has lots of upside and potential. I can’t wait to see him show his stuff at VEGAS XLVI on May 3-4, 2025. Right on the cusp of 4 stars
