Collin did well at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in IL. Good frame with room to put on some good weight in the next year or two. Ball is catchable and consistent with .8 speeds. Needs to make sure he leans all the way back to gain more speed on the ball. Also, getting his legs fully involved will greatly increased the velocity of the ball. Good potential.
