Conor showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in GA on July 12, 2016. He is a strong Long Snapper with good starting form. Built well and has power. Needs to make sure he doesn't use too much power on his grip and is more gentile to keep the spiral tight. Locking down his spiral (lay down drills will help) will allow him to slice the ball through the wind and make the ball more catchable. Leaning back will also help with speed and accuracy. Good start and Conor has lots of upside.
