Cooper Smith had a very strong showing at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in Chicago, IL on April 19, 2026. He is a super smart Long Snapper with high academics, a good frame, and a solid, coachable attitude. His starting form is good, his hands are quick, and there is no wasted movement in his snapping motion. His spiral is tight and the ball is easy to catch. Cooper put together a really solid day with good accuracy and consistency. Leaning back while snapping with full confidence will push him to college level speeds. He easily has the ability to snap at the college level—and yes, his academics make him even more appealing to coaches. I am looking forward to seeing him at VEGAS 48 in May. High 4 star.
