Crew Coons had an outstanding weekend at the Rubio Long Snapping TOP 12 Camp in Lewiston, ID on July 7-9, 2026. First off, he has one of the best personalities in the entire 2027 class. His college coaches are going to love him on and off the field, and he is exactly the type of Long Snapper who can have a tremendous impact in the locker room and meeting rooms. Crew has good starting form that will become even better once he lowers his hips enough to get his back parallel to the ground. His snapping motion is smooth, and athletically he is extremely impressive, running a sub-5.0 40-yard dash and posting a sub-4.75 in the 5-10-5. He already shows very good accuracy and speed, consistently snapping in the mid-to-high .7s. The quicker he gets out of the gate and eliminates the tiny bit of wasted movement at the start of his snapping motion, the sooner he'll consistently be snapping in the low .7s and high .6s. Crew has outstanding upside, and his combination of talent, athleticism, and personality is exactly what college coaches want. Looking forward to seeing him this fall!
