Decker Johnson showed promising ability at the Rubio Long Snapping San Diego Spring Camp on February 22, 2026, with a nice athletic frame that has room to put on some good size over the next couple of years. His starting form is good, the spiral is tight and easy to catch, and his quick hands make the ball jump out of the gate well. Leaning back and focusing on slow motion drills will help a ton to create more overall consistent speed on the ball. Really solid first camp and he is clearly headed in the right direction. Excited to see him compete again at VEGAS 48 in May! Really close to 3 stars and being consistent at 15 yards will make it happen!
