Dereck showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXVII Event on January 21-22, 2016. He is a strong Long Snapper with very quick hands. Balance is good and his ball is catchable. Needs to start with his butt a little lower to allow more leg power to generate more speed on the ball. More speed on the ball and on his body will really move him up the charts. Good attitude and he really listens well.
