Drew Winters

Player Review

Drew Winters had an outstanding weekend at the Rubio Long Snapping Rising Seniors Camp in Lewiston, ID on July 11-12, 2026. He has a nice, long frame with plenty of room to continue adding quality weight over the next few years. Drew has a solid personality and is really starting to come out of his shell. He is easy to talk to and quietly has a great sense of humor, making him the type of young man that college coaches will enjoy having on and off the field. Drew's starting form is excellent, and when he drives his elbows and chest through in one quick, aggressive motion, he can snap a college-level ball with ease. The biggest key for him is continuing to lock down his timing by driving his upper body through and back instead of up and back. It's a very fixable adjustment, and once he makes it consistently, he becomes extremely dangerous. When Drew gets locked in, he is REALLY locked in and capable of snapping at a very high level. He consistently posted snap times in the low-to-mid .8s, ran in the low 5s in the 40-yard dash, and recorded an outstanding 4.52 in the 5-10-5, showing exceptional athleticism. Drew has tremendous upside, and with just a little more consistency in his timing, he has all the tools to separate himself as a top Long Snapper. Looking forward to seeing him this fall!
