Haltom earned a TOP 12 spot and backed it up with a performance that showed he can already snap at college speeds. He’s got a tremendous frame that easily passes the eyeball test and moves with the athleticism to match—just look at his charting numbers. Despite being super sick for a day and a half, Eli still showed out and competed at a high level. His frame and snapping motion give him the potential to snap for a long time, and his toughness and upside are off the charts.
