Cates did well at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in TX. I really like his starting form and he has some good pop with his snapping. Really need to just move his release point up a bit more to make sure he hits his target with each snap. Ball is a bit low a times and I really feel he just needs to aim higher. Good potential. When he gets "it" he will really move up. Close.
