Frum was a flat out stud at the Rubio Long Snapping Event in Las Vegas. He, finally, was really snapping the ball hard and was overflowing with confidence. His form is flat out glorious and he is smooth yet still powerful. Ball has D1 speed and he is always getting better. Love that about him...he is never complacent. This kid is ready now.
