Grady Baggett had a very solid performance at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in Charlotte, NC on March 14, 2026. He is built well and has a thick frame. His starting form is good and he is a pretty smooth Long Snapper. His spiral can be tight and the ball is easy to catch. Grady has a solid personality and clearly likes to be coached. He is really close to using his whole body well to generate solid speed on the ball. Slow motion drills will help him get his entire body synced up for more consistent speed on the ball. Grady showed good improvement and is definitely headed in the right direction. I am looking forward to seeing him at VEGAS 48 in May.
