Grady Schlarb was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Camp in San Francisco on December 7th, 2025. He easily passes the eyeball test from a college coach — built like a college tight end and carries himself with confidence. His starting form is solid, and his snapping motion is smooth and efficient. What sets him apart is his excellent personality and presence, which will absolutely make him a favorite among college coaches both on and off the field. Grady’s ball already has good pop, and when he focuses on driving his elbows through, it adds even more whip and speed. Continued work on refining his accuracy and locking in his consistency will elevate him even more. Slow-motion drills will be especially valuable for sharpening up the fine details in his motion and unlocking the next level of performance. Tremendous upside with this one.
