Grady Schlarb had a strong showing at the Rubio Long Snapping Rising Seniors Camp in Lewiston, Idaho on July 12-13, 2025. Schlarb has very good starting form and does a great job reaching back to the punter with a clean, smooth release. He generates solid pop from his lower half, and when he’s on, he’s very on—snapping a college-level ball with ease. Grady has an excellent athletic frame and massive hands, which tell me he might still be growing. He’s got an outstanding personality and all the tools needed to snap at the next level. As he continues to lock in his accuracy and consistency, expect his stock to rise quickly. Keep a close eye on this very solid Long Snapper out of Hawaii.
