Ballard showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in TX on December 4th, 2016. He is a physically strong Long Snapper with good flexibility. He does a really nice job of getting his upper body all the way through and practically hands the ball to the punter. Love to see him focus on making sure he gets his lower half more involved to create more speed on the ball. Moves well on his feet. At VEGAS XXIX, I will be keeping a close eye on the consistency of speed. Good start and lots of potential on Ballard.
