Bell did well at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in NC. He has a good frame and some solid strength. Like to see him make sure he goes back instead of up then back. This will cause the ball to die and slow it down significantly. Spiral is much better and he has the ability to get some good speed on the ball. Consistency will be the big thing I will be looking for this fall and at VEGAS XXVII.
