Bale showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in CA on March 6, 2016. Body is thick and he has good strength. Hovers in the mid .8s and can easily get into the .7s by XXVIII in May with some elbow bend so he is not stiff and making sure he gets his head/eyes all the way through to gain more momentum. Good kid and listens well.
