Jesse has a great attitude and a thick frame. Starting form is good. He needs some work but the goal is not unobtainable. Needs to make sure he gets his legs involved, eyes through and releases the ball off his finger and NOT his palms. That will help a ton with the spiral while the first things will help with speed and accuracy. Solid personality and his balance is very, very good.
