Joe showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in NC on July 11, 2016. He is built well and has very good upper body strength. Hands are extremely powerful. Overall form is solid and he is using his whole body well. Moves like an athlete. Love to see him make sure he gets fully set and locks down his accuracy and consistency. Tends to rush the process and that will play with his consistency. Need to see him snapping CONSISTENTLY under .8 by VEGAS XXIX, if not sooner. He has enough power to EASILY make that happen and it is just about it happening over and over again.
