Joe showed some solid potential at the Rubio Long Snapping Event in Las Vegas. He has very quick hands and is strong with his upper body. He will gain a lot of speed if he straightens out his feet and uses all of his legs. Almost “there” with his snapping. Good attitude and coachable.
