Joe did well at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in IL. He has quick hands and solid balance. Needs to make sure he doesn't hop and that he gets his legs fully involved to gain more speed on the ball. Also, would love to see him lock down his spiral. Adjusting his dominant thumb over the seam of the ball will help get more control and a spiral on the ball. Good start.
