Smith showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in TX on December 4th, 2016. He has a good frame that is built solid. His hands are very powerful and quick. Raw Long Snapper that will really increase the accuracy and speed of his ball if he can get his eyes all the way through and legs all the way involved. Right now, Smith is essentially just flicking the ball back there and he is already in the .8s. If he can get his legs going and his eyes through, he could EASILY be in the low .7s by VEGAS XXIX. Good potential on Smith. Lots and lots of upside.
