John Ryley Hurt put together a very solid weekend at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS 48 Event on May 2-3, 2026. His starting form is solid and will be great once he lowers his hips a bit more. He shows good pop on the ball, and sitting back will increase both his accuracy and speed. Driving his chest through will also help increase his overall power and consistency. John snaps a smooth, catchable ball and moves well on his feet. He brought a good attitude throughout the weekend and stayed consistent with his snaps. Very smooth Long Snapper with good upside. I am looking forward to seeing him continue to develop this summer.
