John Wells showed a lot of promise at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in Nashville on September 28th, 2025. His starting form is good and he does a solid job of following through on each snap, resulting in a smooth, catchable ball with a consistent spiral. His base is steady and his balance throughout the snapping motion is very impressive for his age. To increase his overall snapping speed and take that next big step, I’d recommend focusing on slow motion drills to fine-tune his full-body involvement. Very solid foundation and good upside moving forward. I am looking forward to seeing Wells at VEGAS 47 in January!
