Rand showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in NC. He has a good frame and can pass an eyeball test quickly. Needs to focus on making sure he locks down his spiral and gets his lower half fully involved to create more speed on the ball. By the fall and VEGAS XXVII, I would like to see him get in the .8s on a consistent basis. Slow motion drills will help a ton with this process. Very good starting form. Potential.
