Joseph Mares showed me some good things at VEGAS XLVI on May 3-4, 2025. He has good starting form and I love how well his upper body gets through to the punter. Mares looks like he is trying to hand the ball to the punter as he follows through like a champ. Slow motion drills will assist him in getting his lower half more involved to gain more speed on the ball. He averaged in the mid to high .8s and he snaps a really smooth ball. Spiral can be very tight and he moves with a purpose on his feet. Improving well and I look forward to seeing Mares in Idaho at the Rising Stars Camp in June!
