Joseph showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in GA on July 12, 2016. He is a very good listener with quick hands. The ball really gets out of the gate well right off the bat. Like to see him focus on lay down drills to lock down his spiral so the ball is easier to catch for the punters. Also, slow motion drills to get his lower half fully involved to gain some speed on the ball will help by XXIX. With the way he listens and learns, I would say he could be sub .9 by VEGAS XXIX...easily.
