Dyer did well at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in IL. He has a great form and snaps with a lot of power. Ball can get back to the punter quickly. Need to make sure he is really leaning back so he doesn't fall forward. This will really help his accuracy and speed. Also, would love to see him focus on locking down his spiral so the ball is easier to catch. TONS of potential and once he locks those things down, he will dominate. Ability to move up quickly. Strong.
