Massive jump in the rankings for Josh. He is built well and is starting to really snap the ball with some force. I would like to see him speed up his hands a bit to eliminate the hitch and make sure his follow through is a bit more fluid. A smoother follow through will enable him to lock down his spiral. Great improvement and headed in the right direction.
