Gilbert did well at the Rubio Long Snapping Camp in IL. His overall form is solid and he has good power from his lower half. Definitely shows good pop and potential. Love to see him make sure he gets set before each snap, keeps his weight back and definitely follows through. Weight back and reaching back with his hands will really help out the overall process. Good start and should do very well in Vegas.
