Lucas Diaz grabbed my attention at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in Dallas, TX on March 2nd, 2025. Diaz is an extremely long athlete with a frame that could hold tons of good weight as a Long Snapper. His upper body gets through incredibly well with top-notch follow through. Diaz’s spiral is very tight, making his snaps super easy to catch. Slow-motion drills will help him get those long legs involved for more much more snap speed and consistency. The amount of potential Diaz brings is off the charts. I’m thrilled to see him crush it at VEGAS XLVI on May 3-4, 2025.
