Lucas Maxey had a great day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in North Carolina on March 16, 2024. Lucas has a phenomenal personality. He always looks like he’s having fun and really enjoying the moment. He’s very relaxed and that’s a really good quality trait for long snappers to have. He has really solid lower body drive and does a good job getting his butt back to the punter. When he’s able to get his butt lowered in his starting stance and his back flat he’s able to gain a ton of power since his legs are already so strong. Confidence grew tremendously throughout the day. Lucas has all the tools to be a phenomenal long snapper, expect big things from him at VEGAS XLIV on May 4-5
