Mateo showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in CA on March 5, 2017. He has a good, athletic frame and moves really well on his feet. Slow motion drills will be huge for Mateo as he works towards VEGAS 30. I want to see him work on just making sure he doesn't rock into the snapping motion and that is using all of his lower half to gain more speed on the ball. Smoothing out his snapping motion will greatly increase his consistency. VERY good potential.
