Holder has a very nice frame and showed me good follow through at the Rubio Long Snapping Event in Las Vegas. He is strong with his hands and has potential. Really need him to get his lower half involved for more speed. Once he gets more speed from his legs, he will move way up the charts. Moves well. He is able to transfer immediately.
