Matthew Mercado grabbed my attention at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in Southern California on March 9th, 2025. Mercado’s great starting form is great to look at each time. Good personality that coaches will like on and off the field. Mercado uses his body really well to generate power. He gets solid speed on the ball with ease. Driving his eyes through will boost Mercado’s speed and accuracy. Mercado has a good athletic frame for the role. I can’t wait to see him dominate at VEGAS XLVI on May 3-4, 2025.
