He has a gorgeous, long frame with plenty of room to put on good weight over the next couple of years. This is the type of athlete a college strength coach is going to drool over. His spiral is super tight and the ball sticks to the punter’s hands. Oliver is really close to having perfect timing, which will greatly increase the consistency of his speed.
