I liked what I saw out of Owen at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in CA. He has very quick hands and listens well. Need to see him slow down the process and make sure he gets his lower half fully involved to gain more speed on the ball. He can hit in the high .8s right now and if he gets his legs locked, he will put a hole in someone within the next couple of years. Very good hands.
