Owen Pontius had an outstanding performance at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS 47 National Showcase Camp in Las Vegas, NV on January 18-19, 2026. He’s an extremely athletic and intelligent Long Snapper who moves effortlessly on his feet—truly a pure athlete and a definite asset on any punt coverage unit. His form is absolutely gorgeous, and his snapping motion is smooth, accurate, and very consistent. If Owen were a bit taller, he’d easily be ranked in the top five nationally. There is no doubt he can snap at the college level, and whichever coach picks him up is getting a steal. I’m looking forward to seeing Pontius at a Rubio Long Snapping spring camp location and purely dominate in college! I can't say enough good things about this Long Snapper
