Owen Rossman showed throughout the Rubio Long Snapping TOP 12 Camp in Lewiston, ID on July 7-9, 2026 why he has all the tools to be a successful college Long Snapper. He has a nice athletic frame with plenty of room to put on good weight over the next couple of years. Owen has great starting form and snaps with a tremendous amount of power and almost a sense of controlled rage, which I absolutely love. His spiral is very tight, making the ball extremely easy to catch, and he is a very accurate and consistent Long Snapper who can both snap and block at a high level. He also moves smoothly on his feet and consistently produced snap times in the low .7s, which is already college-level speed. Owen ran in the mid-5s in the 40-yard dash and posted an impressive 4.95 in the 5-10-5, showing very good athleticism. He is a super hardworking, dedicated, and consistent Long Snapper with everything needed to snap successfully at the next level. Looking forward to seeing him this fall!
