Parker did well at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in TX. He has a good frame and shows solid power. Love to see him lower his butt a bit more at the start so he can utilize his FULL body when snapping to get him under the .8 mark on his punt snaps. Does a VERY good job of following all the way through with his arms and head to create some great accuracy. Kid has some good upside and should definitely be watched this fall and at VEGAS XXVII.
