Payne Phillips showed solid growth at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in Nashville on September 28th, 2025. He has a long frame with plenty of room to add good weight over the next couple of years, which will only boost his overall power. Payne brings a good attitude and is very coachable—he listens well and applies feedback quickly. He snaps with real intent, and I love the aggression he brings to every rep. His improvement over the last year is noticeable, especially in how well he’s begun to use his whole body. As his confidence increases, so will his ball speed. When his spiral is locked in, the ball really slices through the wind. I am looking forward to seeing Phillips at VEGAS 47 in January!
