Payne Phillips was solid at VEGAS XLV on January 18-19, 2025. Phillips ran a 5.3 forty and snapped in the mid .9s for 15 yards, showing smooth mechanics and a very catchable ball. His starting form is solid, and he moves well on his feet, accelerating with ease. Phillips does a great job getting his upper body through on his snaps, and once he fully engages his legs, he’ll add even more speed to the ball. Athletically, he’s got the tools to continue improving, and with more lower-body involvement, Phillips will take his snapping to another level. Pure athlete that has the tools to do well this spring and at Vegas in May!
