Phil came out to the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in NY and did well. Has a good frame with solid starting form. Love to see him work on the following things by the time I see him at VEGAS XXV: making sure he is leaning back so he doesn't fall forward after the snap, locking down his spiral so it is easier to catch and cuts the wind better, and trusts his form a bit more to just let the ball fly out of his hands. Very good attitude on this Long Snapper from Canada with lots of potential.
