Phillip was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in IL on April 2, 2016. He is a large Long Snapper with very good power. The more he trusts his good form and overall strength, the better he will be in the long run. Really want to see him lead with his elbows to create more whip and speed on the ball. Slow motion drills will help with this aspect of his snapping. Good attitude
