Like the size and strength of Rhett out at the Rubio Long Snapping camp  in TX. He is built thick and has strong hands. Would like to make sure he gets fully set before each snap and really, really gets his hands all the way through. Rhett tends to stop his motion before he reaches all the way back and this causes the speed to slow down and the spiral to be impacted. Nice pop to start. Good base. Headed in right direction and he listens well. Like his attitude.
