Roman Molen reinforced his reputation as one of the most accurate and consistent Long Snappers in the country at the Rubio Long Snapping TOP 12 Camp in Lewiston, ID on July 7-9, 2026. He has a solid frame, gorgeous starting form, and absolutely no wasted movement in his snapping motion. Roman is the definition of consistency. He snaps the exact same ball over and over again, making him almost like a machine. If you appreciate great Long Snapping, he is a pleasure to watch because every snap looks nearly identical. He averaged right around .75 at 15 yards while consistently delivering an accurate, catchable ball. Athletically, Roman ran a 5.41 in the 40-yard dash and posted an impressive 4.76 in the 5-10-5, showing very good quickness. The more size and strength he continues to add and the more he develops his overall athleticism, the more dominant he will become at the next level. Roman put together a really impressive three days in Idaho and continues to show why he is one of the best Long Snappers in the country. Looking forward to seeing him this fall!
