Sam Cowart showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in Northern California on March 30th, 2025. Cowart has a very good frame and can pass a coach’s eyeball test with ease. His good starting form will be perfect if Cowart lowers his butt to get his back parallel to the ground. Slow-motion drills will really help Cowart get his strong legs fully involved in the process for more consistent speed on the ball. He brings tons of upside and potential to the table. I can’t wait to see him grow at VEGAS XLVI on May 3-4, 2025
