Samuel Ballard had a very solid weekend at the Rubio Long Snapping Rising Stars Camp in Chicago on June 20-21, 2026. He is a very thick and strong Long Snapper who is built like a brick house. Samuel has good starting form, quick hands, and absolutely no wasted movement in his snapping motion. I would love to see him focus on driving his elbows more to create additional whip and speed on the ball. Locking down his spiral will also increase both the speed and catchability of his snaps. This was a really good first camp for Samuel, and he showed a lot of upside moving forward. Looking forward to seeing him this fall!
