Scott did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in IL on July 9, 2016. He has a great frame and follows through really well. Needs to make sure he locks down his spiral so the ball is easier to catch and that he gets his lower half fully involved to gain more consistent speed on the ball. His hands are quick and he gets the ball out of the gate with no hesitation. He can pass an eyeball test quickly and shows great potential. Watch him closely this fall and at VEGAS XXIX in January!
