Another big jump in the rankings and well deserved after what I saw out of Seth at the Rubio Long Snapping summer camp in IL on July 9, 2016. He is built very long and has room to put on some good weight over the next couple of years. Definitely one of the more notable 2019 Long Snappers in IL. Starting form is good and I like his attitude. Size and strength will help him get the ball under .80 by VEGAS XXIX. Great upside.
