Schaefer Fleischmann had a solid day at the Rubio Long Snapping Northern California camp on
Sunday, March 8th. Schaefer’s a lengthy long snapper who’s got a lot of size on him, and he
does a really good job getting his upper body back to the punter consistently. Form’s almost
there; if he keeps developing that spiral and really activates his lower body on every snap, he
could easily be snapping college-level balls. Worked hard all day and was really coachable,
great personality, super attentive. One of those guys who just kept getting better as it went on.
Looking forward to seeing Shafer at Vegas 48 in May
